"I’m very happy I canceled my insurance with this State Farm agent—and with State Farm completely. After my experience, I would never go back, even if it costs me more with another insurance company.

Charging me a $25 fee just because my debit card was lost and my payment declined was completely unreasonable. Instead of understanding the situation, they chose to penalize me.

Even though I paid my bill the very next day after finding out, they still charged the fee. This experience showed a lack of customer care, and I won’t be doing business with them again."
